Reason: Voluntary recall due to undeclared sesame (ajonjolí). People with an allergy or severe sensitivity to sesame run the risk of a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume this product. Reason: The product has the potential to be contaminated with Shiga toxin-producing Escherichia coli (E. Coli O26:H11 and O45:H2). The issue was discovered when a LFFM sample in Maryland isolated two strains of STEC in two samples of Family Farmstead A2 Raw Cheddar, 8 oz package, lot 7/22/27. No illnesses have been reported to date.
