Canine milk replacer
Issued: April 17, 2026Recall Reason:Variable levels of Vitamin D resulting in both low and elevated levels in some of the canine milk replacers. Two complaints of rickets have been reported to date. The recall was initiated after an investigation determined that the product had variable levels of Vitamin D.
Stop using the canine milk replacer immediately and contact Revival Animal Health for disposal or return instructions. If your pet exhibits symptoms of rickets or other illness, consult a veterinarian right away.

No illnesses have been reported to date.
Consumers with allergies to milk, eggs, nuts, soy, or wheat should not consume these ice cream products to avoid life-threatening reactions. Return the items to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Issued: April 14, 2026Recall Reason:Potential Foodborne Illness - Botulism. Botulism is a potentially fatal form of food poisoning that can cause general weakness, dizziness, double-vision, and trouble with speaking or swallowing. The potential was discovered through analysis by the Cornell Food Venture Center and field testing by New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets Food Inspectors. No illnesses have been reported to date.
Discard the 16 oz or 32 oz tonic bottles immediately or return them to the retailer for a refund. Do not consume the product even if it looks or smells normal, as botulism is a potentially fatal toxin.

Issued: April 07, 2026Recall Reason:The products have been found to contain undeclared sildenafil and tadalafil, which are active pharmaceutical ingredients in FDA-approved prescription drugs (Viagra and Cialis) used to treat erectile dysfunction. These ingredients can interact with nitrates found in some prescription drugs and may lower blood pressure to dangerous levels. No adverse events have been reported to date.
Immediately stop consumption of this chocolate as it contains undeclared drug ingredients that can interact dangerously with nitrates. Contact the company to arrange for a return and consult a doctor if you have experienced adverse effects.
